不输注盐水无肝素血液透析方法的新尝试

摘　　要：对14例伴有高危出血倾向的患者采用不输注盐水无肝素方法透析23次．除1次发生透析器堵塞外，22次透析顺利。我们认为：该法对高危出血件水负荷过多的患者是一种较为安全可靠的透析方法。Cases of 14 with hypertensive crisis were hemodialysis for 23 times.without heparin and not saline infusion Except only one time dialysis failed because instrument was obstruct and the other were successful of dialysis.Depend on the result that wethink this method was safe and reliable to patients of hypertensive crisis with positive load of water.
