摘　　要：本文详细地介绍了当前我国大输液在发展过程中的品种结构、生产条件、主要品种的生产能力和包装情况。指出了在大输液发展中，存在着生产布局和产品结构不合理、品种少、产品质量不够稳定、包装材料落后等主要问题。针对上述存在的主要问题，提出了5条发展建议，希望对我国医药科研部门、生产企业和有关方面有所帮助。This paper details the developing course of infusion fluid production in china, in respect to the product mix,production condition, delivery capacity of main products and packing. It was indicated that in the development of production ofinfusion fluid, there existed irrationality of production distribution and product mix, incomplete assortment, unstability of productquality and backward in packing materials. On these problems, we put forward 5 suggestions for development with hope that theymight be helpful to pharmaceutical research organizations, production enterprises and the departments concerned in China.
