竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ对银屑病患者神经生长因子及其受体水平的影响

摘　　要：【目的】检测血热（肝郁）型银屑病患者经竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ治疗前后神经生长因子（NGF）及NGF受体水平，探讨竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ的作用机制。【方法】将104例患者随机分为两组，分别治以竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号、银屑灵冲剂；两组于治疗前及治疗后1周检测血清NGF、皮肤NGF及受体P75、P140表达水平。【结果】①竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ可改善患者DQOLS评分，且优于银屑灵组（P〈0．05）；②竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号可降低患者皮肤NGF及受体的表达，与银屑灵组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；③两组血清NGF水平与健康组比较无明显差异，治疗前后对比亦无明显变化（P〉0．05）。【结论]竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ治疗肝郁血热型银屑病有较好疗效，降低NGF及受体的表达、调节情志可能是其作用机制。[Objective]To observe the effect of Zhuhuang Granules Ⅱ on nerve growth factor（NGF） and its receptor（NFGR） of psoriasis of blood-heat or liver depression type. [Methods]A total of 104 patients were randomly divided into two groups treated with Zhuhuang Granules Ⅱ and Yinxieling suspension, respectively. The levels of serum NGF and the expressions of NGF and NGFR in skin lesion were measured before treatment and one week after treatment. [Results] Zhuhuang Granules Ⅱ improved the DQOLS scores of patients, and its effect was superior to Yinxieling suspension（ P 〈0.05）. Zhuhuang Granules Ⅱ decreased the expression of NGF and NGFR in skin lesion, and there was significantly different between Zhuhuang Granules Ⅱ group and Yinxieling suspension group（ P 〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in NGF levels between two treat ment groups and healthy group, and no obvious change was found before and after treatment（ P 〉0. 05）. [Conclusion] Zhuhuang Granules Ⅱ has better curative effect on treating patients with psoriasis of blood-heat and liver depression type. The mechanism may be that Zhuhuang GranulesⅡ can decrease the expression of NGF and NGFR and modulate the emotion.
