关节镜下手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤的疗效分析

摘　　要：【目的】探讨关节镜下手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤的临床疗效。【方法】对145例半月板损伤患者行关节镜下手术治疗，分析临床疗效。【结果】所有患者均获得随访，平均随访25．4±2．8（8～72）个月。术前膝关节Lysholm评分平均（47．5±24．1）分，术后（83．7±18．6）分，差异有统计学差异（P〈0．01）。【结论】关节镜下手术治疗半月板损伤创伤小、恢复快、疗效佳，能最大程度保留半月板并可进行早期功能锻炼，恢复膝关节功能。[Objective]To investigate the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of meniscus injuries under arthroscope. [Methods]The 145 cases with meniscus injuries were operated under arthroscopy. The clinical efficacy was analyzed. [Results]All the cases were followed up from 8 to 72 months（25.4±2.8 months on average）. The mean preoperative Lyshohm score was （47.5±24.1） points,and the mean postoperative Lyshohm score was （83.7±18.6） points. The difference was significant （ P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Arthroscopic me niscectorny has the advantages of minimal invasion, quick recovery and good therapeutic efficacy. It can also reserve the tissue of meniscus, and early functional exercise can restore the function of the injured knee.
