摘  要:目的研究不同比例组分823胶囊的抗心律失常作用。方法建立氯仿致小鼠室颤模型和乌头碱致大鼠心律失常模型,分别设立正常对照组、奎尼丁组、823胶囊1~8号组。考察各组药物对氯仿诱发小鼠心律失常的影响以及对乌头碱诱发大鼠室性心律失常的影响。结果823胶囊1号和4号可降低小鼠室颤的发生率(P<0.05),并且可以缩短乌头碱诱发心律失常大鼠心律失常所持续的时间(P<0.01)。正交分析结果表明,炙甘草为影响心律失常持续时间的主要因素,人参和炙甘草的协同作用好于其他的药物组合。结论823胶囊1号和4号可以显著地对抗心律失常,人参和炙甘草两味药物配伍具有较强地抗心律失常的作用。其中,炙甘草为抗心律失常作用的主要起效药物。Objective To investigate the antiarrithymic effects of 823 Capsules which consists of different proportions of Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Ginseng and Radix Ophiopogonis. Methods The effects of 823 capsules were measured on mice arrhythmia models induced by chloroform, and on rats arrhythmia models induced by aeonitine. Normal control group, quinidine group, and eight 8823 capsule groups (No. 1 -8)were set up. Antiarrithymic effects on arrhythmia mice and effects on ventricular arrhythmia rats were observed. Results The incidence of ventricular fibrillation in chloroform -induced arrhythmia mice was decreased (P 〈 0. 05), and the duration of arrhythmia in aconitine- induced rats was obviously shortened (P 〈 0. 01 ) in 823 Capsules No. 1 and 4 groups. The results of orthogonal test showed that Radix Glycyrrhizae was the main drug having effecting on the duration of arrhythmia, and the synergistic actions of Radix Glycyrrhizae and Radix Ginseng was the best. Conclusion It is indicated that 823 capsule No. 1 and No. 4 can significantly antagonize the arrhythmia induced by aconitine in rats or by chloroform in mice. Furthermore, combination of Radix Glycyrrhizae and Radix Ginseng was the optimal recipe for counteracting arrhythmia and Radix Glycyrrhizae is the main effective ingredient.
