黄连解毒汤传统饮片汤剂与配方颗粒汤剂药效学对比研究

摘　　要：目的对黄连解毒汤传统饮片汤剂与配方颗粒汤剂进行药效学比较,为黄连解毒汤配方颗粒汤剂的临床应用提供理论依据。方法从对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、新鲜鸡蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀和2,4-二硝基苯酚致大鼠发热三个方面的影响,考察黄连解毒汤传统饮片汤剂与配方颗粒汤剂药效的差异。结果传统饮片汤剂与配方颗粒汤剂均能减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和新鲜蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀,且两种汤剂等剂量间的抗炎作用无显著性差异(P>0.05)。而不同剂量组的传统饮片汤剂和配方颗粒汤剂对2,4-二硝基苯酚致大鼠发热均有不同程度的解热作用,其中,两者的中、高剂量组优于低剂量组(P<0.05),且等剂量的配方颗粒组优于传统饮片组(P<0.05)。结论黄连解毒汤配方颗粒汤剂药效相似或优于传统饮片汤剂。Objective To compare the differences of pharmacodynamics from traditional slice decoction and dispensing granule decoction of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction （HJD）, and to provide animal experimental evidence for the clinical application of HJD dispensing granule decoction. Methods The pharmacodynamic differences of HJD traditional slice decoction and dispensing granule decoction were investigate on dimethylbenzene - induced mice auricular swelling models, rats plantar swelling model induced by fresh egg white, and 2, 4 - dinitrophenol - induced rats fever models. Results Both of the traditional slice decoction and dispensing granule decoction of HJD had anti - inflammation on dimethylbenzene - induced auricular swelling mice and on rats with plantar swelling induced by fresh egg white, but the differences of anti -inflammation actions were insignificant between the same dose of the two kinds of HJD （ P 〉 0. 05）. In the fever experiment, the two kinds of HJD in different doses showed antipyretic effect to various degrees, but the dispensing granule decoction of HJD had the better effect, and the effect in the middle - and high - dose groups was superior to that of the low - dose groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of dispensing granule decoction of HJD is the same as or better than the tradition slice decoction.
