摘　　要：目的:探讨可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG532nm激光联合皮肤再生技术治疗红色增生性瘢痕的疗效。方法:总结我科采用可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG532nm波长激光联合皮肤再生技术治疗红色增生性癜痕的病例,激光治疗参数:脉宽为20ms～40ms,能量密度为24～40J/cm^2,光斑直径为3mm,分别对手术切口条形瘢痕和挫伤及烧烫伤后片状瘢痕的治疗效果进行评价。结果:红色瘢痕每次经激光加皮肤再生技术治疗后症状和体征都减轻,4次治疗后手术切口条形瘢痕的总有效率为100%,显效率为96%,挫伤及烧烫伤后片状瘢痕的总有效率为90%,显效率为70%。结论:可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG532nm激光联合皮肤再生技术治疗红色增生性瘢痕的疗效良好。Objective： To evaluate the effect of adjustable pulse frequency -doubling Nd： YAG532nm laser combining with skin regenerative technique in treating red hypertrophic scars. Methods： To summarize the cases of red hyper- trophic scars in treating with adjustable pulse frequency - doubling Nd. YAG532nm laser plus skin regenerative technique. The treatment parameter of laser was pulse width of 20 - 40ms, energy density of 22 - 40J/cm^2 and facula diameter of 3mm. The therapeutic effect was evaluated at the strip scar in the operative incision and the flake scar resulted from the contusion and burn wounds. Results： The relieved sings and symptoms of red hypertrophic scars were observed after each the combination treatment. After 4 times of the combination treatment, the total effective rate and markedly effectively rate were 100% and 96% respectively for the strip scar, while were 90% and 70% for flake scar respectively. Conclusion： Adjustable pulse frequency - doubling Nd ： YAG532nm Laser combining with Skin Regenerative Technique to treat red hypertrophic scars has significant efficacy.
