摘  要:本文对血小板源性生长因子(Platelet derived growth factor,PDGF)在创伤修复中的作用及其研究进展进行了综述。文中重点叙述了:1.PDGF分子生物学(PDGF的分子结构、PDGF的受体、PDGF的产生与作用方式、PDGF的生物学作用);2.PDGF相关基因的转录与调控;3.PDGF与疾病的关系;4.PDGF在创伤修复中的作用;5.PDGF与基因治疗。指出:PDGF作为损伤修复因子,在组织修复中发挥了极为重要的作用,但存在诸如生物半衰期短、易灭活、生物利用度低、创面释放的非持续性等缺点,因此,对其有待进一步研究与阐述。The role of Platelet -derived Growth Factor (PDGF) in the repairing period of traumatic wound and its research progress were reviewed in the paper. This paper focuses in: 1. PDGF Molecular Biology (including its molecular structure, receptor, generation and mode of action, biological effect. ) 2. PDGE - relating gene transcription and regulation. 3. The relation of PDGE and diseases. 4. The role of PDGF in the wound repairing. 5. PDGF and gene treatment. The authors pointed out: PDGF is one of first appeared factors in the wound healing period. As a repair factor, PDGF has played an extremely important role in the tissue repair period, but the more complex mechanism of promoting wound healing is not yet clear. Though its biological products had been put into clinical application, there were some shortcomings including shorter biological half - life, easy to inactivate, lower bioavallability, the release of non - persistent from wounds. Hence the further study and presentation are needed.
