摘　　要：目的:观察应用MEBO(湿润烧伤膏)治疗各种烧伤创面的临床效果。方法:局部创面用MEBO涂布,及时清除坏死组织、充分引流、加强全身营养支持及抗感染等综合治疗。结果:200例烧伤患者中浅Ⅱ度烧伤180例,深Ⅱ度烧伤20例,应用MEBO治疗均完全愈合,无功能障碍。结论:应用MEBO治疗烧伤操作简单,可缓解疼痛、预防感染、缩短疗程,瘢痕愈合率低,疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of MEBO in treating bums wound. Method： System treatment was made including application of MEBO on the local wound, timely removal of necrotic tissue, keeping drainage fully, strengthening nutritional support and anti - infection of the whole body etc. Results ： In 200 cases of bum patients, 180 cases were superficial Ⅱ degree bum and 20 cases were deep Ⅱ degree burn. All cases were healed without dysfunction. Conclusion： It is a simple and easy way with relieving pain, preventing wound from infection, shortening wound healing time, reducing scar rate and having markedly efficacy to treat burns with MEBO.
