肛周疾病术后外用湿润烧伤膏58例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)在肛周常见疾病(肛瘘、肛裂、混合痔、肛周脓肿、肛周赘生物等)术后的治疗效果。方法:对58例肛周常见疾病术后创面应用MEBO油纱条填塞,压迫止血,24小时～48小时取出,改用每日一次MEBO油纱条换药至痊愈。结果:肛周常见疾病术后外用MEBO油纱条换药,无出血及感染、止痛效果明显、愈合时间缩短。结论:MEBO是肛周常见疾病术后安全、有效的局部治疗药物。Objective： Discussion on the effect of MEBO in treating post -operation wound of the patient with perianal common diseases （including anus fistula, anal fissure, mix hemorrhoids, perianal abscess, perianal neoplasm et al）. Methods： For the post -operation wounds of 58 cases of patients with perianal common diseases, MEBO oil gauze was stuffed into wound to stop bleeding for 24 -48h, then the gauze removed. MEBO, as a dressing, was continually applied once a day until wound healing. Results： Dressing with MEBO to treat Post - operation wound of Perianal common diseases has advantages such as no bleeding, no infection, significantly stop paining and shorter wound healing time. Conclusion： MEBO is a safe and effective medicine for treating post - operation wound of the patient with perianal common diseases.
