二甲基亚砜用于化脓性耳软骨炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察二甲基亚砜(dimethyl sulfoxide,DMSO)用于化脓性耳软骨炎的治疗效果。方法:对发生化脓性耳软骨炎的耳廓,切开引流,彻底清除坏死软骨后,治疗组以含二甲基亚砜、庆大霉素、地塞米松混合液的湿纱布填塞耳廓窦腔,每日1～2次;对照组则仅以庆大霉素湿敷,每日1～2次。结果:治疗组2天～3天后患耳肿胀消退,疼痛明显缓解,10天～20天创口全部愈合;对照组10天后患耳仍肿胀,疼痛无明显缓解。结论:二甲基亚砜用于化脓性耳软骨炎疗效显著。Objective： To observe the efficacy of DMSO （dimethyl sulfoxide） in treating purulent inflammation of ear cartilage. Method ： The patients with purulent inflammation of ear cartilage were divided into treatment group and control group. After incision of auricle, full drainage and removing necrotic cartilage, the patients＇ auricle sinography in treatment group were filled with moist gauze containing mixture liquid of DMSO, Gentamicin and dexamethasone, 1 - 2 times per day. While, in the control group, only gentamiein gauze was used to fill auricle sinography, 1 - 2 times per day. Results： In the treatment group, ear swelling subsided and ear pain relieved obviously after 2 - 3 days of treatment. All wounds were healed after 10 -20 days of treatment. But, 10 days after treatment in the control group, ear swelling still existed and no significant pain relieved was observed. Conclusion： It has significant effect to treat the purulent inflammation of ear cartilage with DMSO.
