深圳市汉族育龄妇女多囊卵巢综合症患病率及临床特征分析

摘　　要：目的调查深圳市汉族育龄妇女多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的患病率与我院妇科生殖内分泌门诊就诊人次中PCOS比率,初步探讨PCOS的早诊早治。方法根据2003年欧洲人类生殖协会(ESHRE)和美国生殖医学协会(ASRM)的建议诊断标准(ESHRE/ASRM标准),采用随机整群抽样的方法,调查深圳市669名20-45岁育龄妇女PCOS患病率,统计我院2009年妇科生殖内分泌门诊8个月就诊总人次中PCOS患者所占比率。分析流行病学调查中诊断为PCOS的53例患者(流调PCOS组)与在我院妇科生殖内分泌门诊随机抽取的68例首次诊断为PCOS的患者(门诊PCOS组)的年龄特点、临床特征及PCOS患者就诊原因。结果(1)669名受试者诊断PCOS53人,PCOS患病率为7.92%;8个月在我院妇科生殖内分泌门诊共就诊约4767人次,其中PCOS患者约1147人次,占妇科生殖内分泌门诊总人次的24.1%(2)两组PCOS发病主要年龄阶段均集中在≤35岁,分别占94.3%及98.5%。两组PCOS患者临床特征均以排卵障碍最为常见,其次为超声下多囊卵巢(PCO)现象及高雄激素表现(3)门诊PCOS患者中83.8%因不孕就诊,不孕年限平均为4.04±2.48年,16.2%因长期月经紊乱就诊,平均病史5.27±2.46年。结论(1)按ESHRE/ASRM标准,深圳市汉族育龄妇女PCOS患病率为7.92%,PCOS占我院妇科生殖内分泌门诊就诊总人次24.1%(2)普及教育。Objective To explore the prevalence of the polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） in general population of Han ethnic in Shenzhen city, and the ratio of PCOS to total outpatients in Reproductive Endocrinology clinic of our hospital, preliminary study Early diagnosis and treatment program of PCOS. Methods According to the European Association for Human Reproduction （ESHRE） and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine （ASRM） proposed diagnostic criteria for PCOS, 669 20-45 years-old reproductive women in Shenzhen city were investigated for prevalence of PCOS using random cluster sampling method. Do a statistics about the percentage of the PCOS patients in the whole patients during the eight months at the Reproductive endocrinology clinic of gynecology in 2009.And then selected 53 PCOS patients who was diagnosed PCOS in the survey of the Epidemiology and 68 random patients who has been diagnosed PCOS in our Reproductive Endocrinology clinic, analysed the age ,the clinical features and the reasons for treatment of the PCOS patients of reproductive women of Hart ethnic in Shenzhen city. Restffts （1）A total of 669 subjects were collected , and Fifty-three PCOS patients were diagnosed. The prevalence of PCOS is 7.92%o The total of 4767 patients during the eight months at the Reproductive Endocrinology clinic in 2009, of whom 1147 patients with PCOS, accounting for 24.1% of the total number of gynecology reproductive endocrinology clinic. （2）PCOS mainly distributes in≤35 years old population of two groups, accounting for 94.3% and 98.5%.The most common clinical features of PCOS are anovulation, following characters were polycystic ovary （PCO） by ultrasound and hyperandrogenism （3） 83.8% chief complaint of patients with PCOS in clinic due to infertility , the average length of infertility were 4.04 _. 2.48 years, 16.2% were long-term menstrual disorders clinic, which with an average 5.27 ＋ 2.46 years ol history.
