痛风合剂治疗高尿酸血症及急性痛风性关节炎的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察痛风合剂(痛风1号、痛风2号)的抗炎、镇痛、消肿及降尿酸作用。方法:通过对高尿酸血症小鼠的实验,观察其降尿酸作用;观察急性痛风性关节炎大鼠的右后踝肿胀度、血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及大鼠滑膜组织和踝关节周围软组织病理形态学变化,及其抗炎、镇痛及消肿作用。结果:①痛风1号能显著抑制急性痛风性关节炎大鼠的右后踝肿胀度、血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平及关节滑膜炎性细胞浸润,减少尿酸盐晶体沉积;②痛风2号可降低高尿酸血症小鼠的血尿酸水平。结论:痛风合剂具有显著的抗炎、镇痛、消肿及降尿酸作用。Objective：To observe the analgesic,anti-inflammatory,detumescence and hypouricemic action of gouty mixture（gouty 1,gouty 2）.Methods：Hypouricemic effect was observed in hyperuricemia mice.The swelling degree of right hind ankle,serum interleukin-1β,serum TNF-α and pathomorphological changes of synovial tissues and ankle soft tissues were observed in the hyperuricemia mice to investigate the analgesic,anti-inflammatory,and detumescence action.Results：① Gouty 1 effectively inhibited the swelling degree of spear foot of the hyperuricemia mice,reduced the level of serum IL-1β and TNF-α,and reduced the inflammatory cell infiltration of synovial and the sedimentary of urate salt crystal.② Gouty 2 significantly decreased the serum uric acid level of hyperuricemia mice.Conclusion：Gouty mixture has excellent effect of analgesic,anti-inflammatory,detumescence and hypouricemic action.
