摘  要:目的:研究设计控制竹塑夹板材料的力学性质与特征满足治疗要求。方法:采用力学性能试验测试分析方法对竹塑夹板与柳木夹板力学性质稳定性进行比较。结果:天然柳木材料夹板弹性模量波动大、蠕变速率变化大,影响治疗骨折外固定过程的稳定性,竹塑夹板则相反。结论:通过对竹塑夹板材料的弹性模量设计和工业化生产工艺研发,制造满足弹性固定准则要求的材料和器械,为小夹板现代化发展开辟了可行的新途径。Objective:To meet the therapy requirements,the mechanical properties of the splint materials made of bamboo-plastic were studied and designed.Methods:The comparisons of stabilities of mechanical properties between bamboo-plastic and willow splints were carried out by mechanical tests and analysis.Results:Elastic modulus of splint made of natural willow materials was unstable and creep rate changed greatly,which impacted the stability of external fracture fixation.Bamboo-plastic materials showed the contrary properties and results.Conclusion:In order to promote the modern development of small splint,it is necessary to design elastic modulus of bamboo-plastic materials as well as industrial process so as to manufacture the materials and appliances which satisfy the requirement of elastic fixation.
