摘　　要：目的:评价Beyond冷光美白氟斑牙的临床疗效。方法:实验组20例患者采用Beyond冷光美白仪进行漂白,对照组20例患者用家庭漂白法治疗,并于半年后复查。结果:实验组显效率为80%(16/20),对照组显效率为40%(8/20),两组比较,有显著性差异(χ2=6.67,P<0.05)。半年后复查发现,两组显效率均下降,但两者漂白效果比较,有显著性差异(χ2=6.66,P<0.05)。结论:Beyond冷光美白对氟斑牙脱色疗效显著,且安全、快速。Objective： To evaluate the effect of Beyond cold light tooth whitening kit on bleaching dental fluorosis. Methods： The teeth of 20 patients in the experimental group were bleached with Beyond cold light tooth whitening kit, and the teeth of 20 patients in the control group were bleached with hydrochloric acid. Half a year later the effect was also compared by recheck. Results： The effective rate （80%） of experimental group was significantly higher than that （40%） of control group （x^2=6.67, P〈0.05）. The two groups had bleaching effect after half a year,and there was a significant difference between the two groups （x^2=6.66,P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Beyond cold light tooth whitening kit is proved to be an effective, safe and quick method on bleaching dental fluorosis.
