摘　　要：本文结合缓释制剂的研究进展,阐述了中药缓释制剂的主要类型及释药机制,并对研究过程中存在的问题和发展前景做了分析。缓释制剂主要类型有骨架缓释制剂、薄膜包衣缓释制剂、胃内滞留片、生物黏附片等。Combining the research progress and situation of sustained-release preparation of Chinese materia medica in recent years, this article summarizes the main types and the drug-release mechanism, and analyzes the existing problems in the research as well as the prospect. Main types of sustained-release preparation of Chinese materia medica： framework sustained-release preparations, sustained-release film coating formulations, gastric retention tablets, bio-adhesion films and so on.
