摘　　要：目的:分析我院麻醉药品的应用情况及用药趋势,为麻醉药品的科学管理和合理应用提供参考。方法:对我院2006～2008年麻醉药品用量、金额、用药频度进行统计、排序和分析。结果:我院麻醉药品的用药金额和用量逐年增加,其中硫酸吗啡缓释片和芬太尼透皮贴用量增幅较大。结论:我院麻醉药品的使用基本合理,管理符合规定,无滥用现象。Objective： To analyze the usage circumstance and consumption trend of narcotic in our hospital to provide basis for management and rational use of narcotic drugs. Methods： We accumulated and sort the data of narcotics in our hospital from 2006 to 2008, and did the statistical analysis from the dosage, price and DDDs. Results： The consumption of narcotic drugs increased gradually every year in our hospital. The Morphine Sustained-Rblease Tablets and Fentanyl Transdermal System had a major increase. Conclusion： The use of narcotics is generally rational, accords with regulation and without abuse phenomenon.
