摘　　要：安徽省和县2004试点进行的档案管理模式改革,在全国产生了深远影响。文章论述了和县改革在推广和深化中取得的成就和经验。从理论和实践两方面阐述其深远影响和实践意义,就相关一些发人深省、值得深入研究的问题,提出了作者见解。The reform of archival management model of He County of Anhui Province, as an experimental unit in 2004, has a profound influence on the whole nation. The article expounds He county＇s achievements and experiences in promoting and deepening its reform and discusses its far-reaching impact and practical significance from theory and practice. At the same time, the author puts forward some ideas on the relative issues which provide food for thought and need to be studied deeply.
