摘　　要：知识经济时代,大学技术转移已成为世界各国关注的重要问题。本文通过对美国MIT的技术许可的体制机制进行分析,并通过与我国清华大学技术转移体系的比较研究,提出促进我国大学技术转移的相关政策建议。In the era of knowledge economy, technology transfer of university has become a focus in the world. By analyzing the mechanism of technology licensing in MIT, and comparing the system of technology transfer in Tsinghua University, the advices on how to promote technology transfer of university in China are put forword.
