单缸风冷柴油机的先进技术

摘　　要：从轻巧化、高机械效率、高充量系数及燃烧系统和冷却系统优化等方面论述了单缸风冷柴油机的先进技术。优化前后的数据表明，利用上述先进技术开发出的高强化单缸风冷柴油机更趋轻巧化，其机械效率、燃油消耗率、噪声及排放争}生能指标得到了提高。A single-cylinder air-cooled diesel engine was improved from the aspects of small size, high mechanical efficiency, high volumetric efficiency, optimized combustion system and cooling system. The results show that after the improvement, the high-strengthened single-cylinder air cooled diesel engine features a compact design, and the mechanical efficiency, fuel comsumption, as well as the performance of noise and emissions are enhanced as well.
