摘  要:目的建立驱虫斑鸠菊中微量元素的测定方法。方法采用亚硝酸-过氧化氢(HNO3-H2O2)高压消解罐法消化处理样品,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定驱虫斑鸠菊中铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、锰(Mn)、锶(Sr)等7种微量元素。结果该方法的RSD(n=9)在0.78%~3.01%内,元素回收率在94.67%~112.70%,测定结果较理想。结论该方法简便,快速准确,适于分析测定驱虫斑鸠菊中微量元素,测定结果表明驱虫斑鸠菊中含有丰富的Cu、Zn、Fe、Ca、Mg、Mn、Sr元素,对今后研究其药理作用有重要意义。Objective To establish a method for trace elements determination of Vernonia Anthelmintica Will& Methods Cu, Zn, Fe, Ca, Mg, Mn, Sr in Vernonia Anthelmintiea Willd was detected by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrum(ICP-AES) simuhaneously after HNO3-H202 digestion. Results The RSD(n =9) was 0. 78% -3.01%, while the recovery of the method for every trace element in Vernonia Anthehnintica Willd was 94.67% - 112.70%, the results obtained were satisfactory. Conclusion This method is brief, rapid and accurate, which can be used to analyze and measure the trace elements of Vernonia Anthelmintica Willd. It is found that Cu,Zn,Fe,Ca,Mg,Mn,Sr are pretty rieh in the Vernonia Anthelmintica Willd, which is valuable for the further study of the pharmacological action of Vernon& Anthelmintica Willd.
