摘  要:文中介绍的电热水器控制器属于一种家用电热器的功率控制器,其控制方式与一般家用电器有所不同,采用"完整周期控制法"的控制方式,又叫"过零检测控制法",利用一个过零检测器,使双向可控硅在交流电源电压通过零点的瞬间导通并接通负载,电源在整个周期内向负载供电,具有每秒钟通断次数远小于相位角控制法、即使在大负载电流下工作也不会产生很大干扰的特点。This paper describes the electric water heater controller of a household's electric power controller, the control method is different from an ordinary household electrical appliances, It is the "cycle complete control" of control, known as "zero-crossing detection Control Act", known as "zero-crossing detection Control Act," The use of a zero-crossing detector, so that two-way exchanges in SCR 0. 1 supply voltage through the instant-on and connected load, power load in the power supply to the whole cycle, with every second is much smaller than the number of on-off phase angle control law Even in the current work load will not have a great disturbance to the characteristics of the controller circuit is simple and efficient, particularly suited to control fever-type high-power appliances.
