摘　　要：通过对数字电视的编码和编码器结构的概述,介绍了MPEG-2视频编码系统的技术原理和关键技术,阐述了数字电视信源编解码技术、信号复用系统及调制解调的关键技术和它们在实际工作中的应用。Through the summarizing of the digital television coding and the understanding of the coder structure, this paper presents the technical principle and the key technology of the MPEG -2 video coding system and states the key technology and the practical application of the digital television source coding-decoding technology, the signal multiplex system and the modulation.
