摘　　要：借鉴国际经验,依据中国国情,CHQIS指标体系提出44类质量评价指标,可通过计算机系统自动采集数据和自动分析获得。根据医疗质量属性定义,从病案首页原始数据标记中识别质量表达数据;根据医疗质量指标定义,从质量表达数据对比分析中抽取医疗质量信息。通过指标导航、数据规划和管理融合3大技术手段,实现CHQIS指标体系与医院现行信息系统的融合。Drawing on international experience, and in accordance with China＇s national conditions, CHQIS index system of 44 categories of quality evaluation index can be obtained through automatically data collection and automatically analysis by the computer system. According to the definition of quality properties of medical care, the quality of expression data can be identified from the raw data tag in the medical record; according to the definition of health care quality indicators, health care quality infor- mation can be extracted from a comparative analysis of quality expression data. Through three major technical means, including the indicators navigation, data planning and management of integration, CHQIS target system and the existing hospital information systems integration can be achieved, which promotes CHQIS indicator system applications.
