摘　　要：目的筛选出适合我国国情的、用于评价各级医疗机构的缺血性卒中医疗服务质量的评价指标。方法在评价各国缺血性卒中指南与医疗服务标准的基础上,筛选具有较强循证医学证据的56项缺血性卒中医疗服务标准指标。采用Delphi专家咨询法对37名专家进行信函咨询,从重要性和可行性两方面对指标进行打分评价,计算满分率并排序。结果问卷回收率100%,总体平均专家权威程度为0.9103,各一级指标的权威程度介于0.8536～0.9392之间。重要性和可行性维度的总体专家协调系数分别为0.277和0.287。筛选出重要性和可行性前13位二级指标。结论此次咨询专家积极性高,权威程度、协调性较好,结果符合缺血性卒中医疗服务质量的评价指标体系的需要。Objective To screening the evaluation indexes of care quality for acute ischemic stroke that suit to China. Method 56 evidence - based evaluation indexes of care quality for acute ischemic stroke are selected basing on guidelines and performance meas- ures of acute ischemic stroke form many countries. 37 experts are consulted using Delphi method, every index is scored and sorted from 2 dimensions of importance and feasibility. Result Consultation response rate is 100% , the total authority coefficient of experts is 0. 9103, and authorities for individual index are between 0. 8536 and 0. 9392. Harmony coefficients of experts for dimensions of importance and feasibility are 0. 277 and 0. 287. 13 indexes selected for beth two dimensions. Conclusion The enthusiasm, authority and harmony of experts are good, the screened indexes can be used in our care quality for acute isehemie stroke evaluation.
