摘　　要：退费管理是医院财务管理的重要组成部分,是医疗收费安全的重要方面。通过对某院2009年4月份患者退费原因的汇总分析,发现责任心不强和流程不合理是造成医院退费的主要原因。管理者应提高对退费问题的思想认识,加强业务人员的职业培训和道德教育并完善计算机管理系统。Hospital refund management is an important component of hospital financial management and an important field of medical charge safety. Through analyzing the reasons of refund in April, the paper found that poor responsibility and unreasonable process are the main reasons of hospital refund. To solve the questions, supervisor should improve the ideological level, and should strengthen job training and moral education of personnel.
