摘　　要：从模式的选择、文件的编写以及自我完善机制的建立与改进3方面,对采供血机构质量管理体系的构建进行了探讨,旨在为采供血机构质量管理体系的建设及完善提供指导。The paper discussed three aspects： mode selection of the quality management system in blood collection agen- cies, preparation of documents as well as the establishment of mechanisms for self- improvement, which aimed to provide refer- ence for construction and improvement of quality management system in blood collection and supply agencies.
