摘 要:以有限元静态分析理论为基础,将Proe和ANSYS10.0协同仿真环境(AWE)结合运用,完成了从腹撑支杆三维建模到有限元分析的整个过程,得出了腹撑支杆在5种典型工况下的应力场和位移场,并对其进行了强度和刚度的校核。在此基础上,研究了腹撑支杆关键尺寸的改变对支杆应力分布和变形结果的影响,并提出了改进措施。结果表明,腹撑支杆满足设计要求。Taking the finite element static analysis theory as a base and let the Pro/E and ANS YS 10.0 collaborated simulation environment be utilized jointly the entire course from 3D modeling of belly stays strut to finite element analysis was achieved. The stress field and displacement field of belly stays strut under 5 kinds of typical working conditions were educed and a check was carried out on its strength and rigidity. On this basis, the influence of the variation of key dimensions of belly stays strut on the stress distribution of strut and the result of deformation was studied, and the improvement measure has been put forward. The result showed that the belly stays strut satisfied the designing requirements.
