摘  要:研制了一种以d-柠檬烯为主溶剂、添加十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠阴离子双生表面活性剂的半水基型油墨清洗剂。分别研究水基、油基组成及其比率对物质性能的影响,实验表明:0.6mmol/L span-40的D-柠檬烯溶液与0.03mol/L混合表面活性剂(n(C12-MADS):n(LAS):n(Span-40)=1:1:1)的水溶液按w(oil):埘(aqueous)=9:1复配,清洗剂效果最佳。制备条件为i室温下,搅拌速度为5000r/min左右,搅拌时间10min。A novel Semi - aqueous - based ink cleaning agent was developed by adding disodium 4 - dodeeyl - 2,4'- oxydibenzenesulfonate (C12 -MADS) and using D- limonene as main solvent. Effeets of ehemieal Composition of oil- based and aqueous - based system,ratio on property were investigated. The results show that in oil - based system the best Span - 40 concentration in D -limonene solution is 0.6 mmol/L, in aqueous -based system the best ratio of C12 -MADS, LAS and Span40 is 1 : 1: 1, the best surfaetant Concentration is 0.03 mol/L, the weight ratio of oil - based, aqueous - based system is 9 : 1, the stirring speed is about 5000 rpm at room temperature and the feeding ratio of aqueous solution is 10 mI./min.
