广州市某农村社区居民伤害现况调查

摘　　要：目的了解广州市萝岗区九龙镇九佛片区居民伤害流行现状,为伤害防治提供科学依据。方法运用多阶段整群随机抽样方法,对九佛片区≥15岁居民进行问卷调查。结果共调查3095人,收回合格问卷2980份。过去一年总伤害发生率为7.9%,伤害发生率居前三位分别为跌伤(4.4%)、锐/钝器伤(1.9%)和动物咬伤(1.0%)。男性发生率高于女性(2=9.04,p=0.003);各年龄组间伤害发生率差异显著(2=25.1,p<0.001);农业人员、在校学生和办事商业人员的发生率分别为11.0%、7.4%和6.9%;经济状况差的人群伤害发生率高。结论伤害预防控制工作中应根据社区居民伤害发生特征,确定重点人群与场所,采取针对性的防治措施。Objective To learn the epidemiological characteristics of injuries, and provide scientific evidence for injuries control and prevention. Methods In accordance with multistage sampling method, the present study was conducted about behavior status of heath among 3 095 residents aged≥ 15 years in Jiufo. Results 2 980 questionnaires were eligible. The incidence of injuries was 7.9% during the past year. The top three types of injuries were falls（4.4% ）, blunt/sharp object injuries（ 1.9% ） and animal injuries（ 1.0% ）. The incidence of injury in male was higher than in female. The difference among age groups was significant. The incidence in farmers was the highest. People with low economic level have a higher incidence than those with higher economic level. Conclusion Effective measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of injuries based on characteristics of injury among residents.
