摘  要:本文对兴义矮脚鸡矮脚性状遗传方式进行了研究,结果表明:兴义矮脚鸡自交F1代中只出现矮脚和高脚两个性状,其分离比例接近2:1,经卡方检验,P>0.05,F1代观测数与期望数差异不显著,这是经典的孟德尔3:1比数的变异型。为了进一步确定其遗传方式,利用兴义鸡中高脚和矮脚进行正反交和高脚的自交。结果显示:正反交结果一致,矮脚、高脚的分离比接近于1:1。兴义矮脚鸡中的高脚自交F1代中全部为高脚。孵化过程中出现早期胚胎规律性死亡现象,我们对兴义矮脚鸡胚胎死亡时间和早期死亡率进行统计分析,结果显示:兴义矮脚鸡胚胎死亡时间主要集中在48~72h。早期胚胎死亡率平均达到24.3%,接近25%(P≥0.05)。比较兴义鸡分离系矮脚鸡和高脚鸡0~12周龄胫长和体重变化,矮脚鸡胫长、体重显著低于高脚鸡(P<0.05)。In this paper,the genetic model of dwarf traits of Xingyi Bantam Chiken was studied. The results showed that. The ratio of short foot individuals to high foot individuals was 2:1 (P≥O.05) through by statistics continuously four times in Xingyi bantam pedigree. This was the anomaly compared with classical ratio 3:1 of Mendel. To determine heredity way of those charaters still further,make the use of reciprocal cross and inbreeding in bantam and inbreeding in high foot individuals respectively. The results showed that the ratio of short foot chicken to high foot chicken was I :l through by reciprocal cross in short foot individuals,and progeny of inbreeding in high foot individuals was high foot all to nothng.In accordance with phemenon of early embryo lethal effect in hatching process of Xingyi bantam,the statistics results of embryonic loss time and early mortality rate showed that the embryonic loss time concentrated on 48-72 hours and early embryo mortality rate was on average 24.3% close to 25%(P≥0.05). Compared with the Xingyi bantam chicken separation was the short foot chicken and high foot chicken 0 to 12 weeks age tibia lenth and the body weight change,the short foot chicken tibia lenth body weight was significantly lower than high foot Chieken(P〈O.05).
