摘 要:从陕西富平某种鸡场发病鸡群中分离出了1株流行毒株,经HA-HI试验和动物回归试验,确定分离到的为NDV,命名为SXFP株。经过测定,SXFP株鸡胚半数致死量(ELD50)为109.0/0.1mL;鸡胚最小致死量的平均致死时间(MDT)为52.3h;对1日龄SPF雏鸡脑内致病指数(ICPI)为1.92,提示SXFP株为强毒力株。血清交叉反应试验显示,SXFP株和LaSota株存在小的抗原性差异。用SXFP株油乳剂灭活苗对SXFP株和LaSota株的保护率分别为90%和100%,明显优于LaSota株油乳剂灭活苗的60%和70%,提示SXFP株制备的疫苗对流行毒株和经典毒株均能很好地保护。A pandemic strain was isolated from Shaanxi chicken farms,it was determine that the separation of NDV by HA-HI test and animals regression test,named SXFP strain. ELD^0,MDT and ICPI of SXFP strain were 10^90/0.1 mL,52.3 h and 1.92,indicating that SXFP strain was virulent. Serum cross-reaction tests showed that antigen character of SXFP strain and La Sota strain had small difference. The protection rates of SXFP oil emulsion vaccine against SXFP and La Sota strain were 90% and 100 %, which were significantly better than LaSota strain oil emulsion vaccine,it suggested that SXFP strain vaccine could protect pandemic and classical NDV strains.
