摘 要:目的:探讨测量下肢血压的方法。方法:用新旧两种方法测量30例健康人下肢血压并与上肢血压进行对比,同时进行24例次新方法测量下肢血压与直接法测动脉内血压对比。结果:新方法测得下肢血压与上肢血压及动脉内血压无显著性差异,旧方法测得下肢收缩压与上肢收缩压有显著性差异,舒张压无显著性差异。结论:提示新方法优于旧方法。Objective:To discuss the the blood pressure measuring methods of lower limbs.Methods:The blood pressure of lower limbs of 30 healthy persons was measured by the new and old methods respectively,and compared with that of upper limbs.Mean while,the new method of blood pressure measuring of lower limbs was compared with the direct method of measuring blood pressure in artery for 24 cases.Results:There were no marked differences between the blood pressure of lower limbs and that of upper limbs and that in artery measured by the new method.There were marked differences between systolic pressure of lower limbs and that of upper limbs measured with the old method.There were no marked differences between diastolic pressures.Conclusions:The new method is better than the old one,and has clinical value to a certain degree.
