摘 要:介绍了大型公共建筑能耗分项计量的背景和目的,并基于对图书馆能耗情况的详细分析,提出了完整的能耗分项计量解决方案。通过本方案的实施,能够实时监测建筑的能耗,判断建筑运行模式的合理性,评估设备系统用能合理性,从而掌握建筑实时能耗情况,及时采取节能措施。该举措不仅可以为建筑节能提供依据,起到试点示范作用,还可以累积数据,为制定用能政策提供依据。The background and the purpose of energy sub -metering in large public buildings, and a total energy sub- metering solution based on a detailed energy consumption analysis of the library are introduced. With the implementation of this solution,the real- time building energy consumption can be monitored, the rationality of the building operating mode can be determined and the rationality of equipment system energy consumption can be evaluated,as to master the real- time building energy consumption situation and take energy - saving measures in time. The measure can not only reduce the building energy consumption, play an exemplary role of the experimental unit, but also accumulate data for the establishment of energy poliey.
