摘 要:建立了在同一色谱条件下测定混剂中毒死蜱和噻嗪酮含量的方法。采用250mm×4.6mm(i.d.)Inertsil ODS–3柱分离,以甲醇+水为流动相,在230nm紫外检测波长下,经保留时间定性确证,峰面积外标法进行定量分析。结果表明,毒死蜱与噻嗪酮的线性相关系数分别为0.9994和0.9999;变异系数分别为0.35%和0.49%;平均回收率分别为99.42%和99.37%。A LC method for the determination of buprofezin+chlorpyrifos 42% EC was developed. The LC conditions were Inertsil ODS- 3 column, methanol+water as mobile phage, and detection wave length at 230 nm. The results demonstrated that the correlation coefficients of chlorpyrifos and buprofezin were 0.999 4 and 0.999 9. The variation coefficients were 0.35% and 0.49%. The average recoveries were 99.42% and 99.37%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for analysis of this kind of multiplex confected preparation.
