糖皮质激素受体与类风湿关节炎证型相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨类风湿关节炎患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中糖皮质激素受体(GR)亚型α和β的蛋白质表达水平与中医证型的相关性。方法:选取符合纳入标准的RA患者60例,其中湿热痹阻证组与瘀血痹阻证组各30例,再选取20名健康人作为对照组。采用蛋白印迹(WB)检测外周血PBMC中GRα和GRβ蛋白质水平。结果:GRα和GRβ蛋白质水平(:1)湿热痹阻证组和瘀血痹阻证组与对照组比较均偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)湿热痹阻证组高于瘀血痹阻证组(P<0.05)。结论:GRα和GRβ蛋白质水平与RA中医证型具有相关性。Objective：To investigate the relationship between the expression of GRα and GRβ protein in the peripheral blood mononuclear cell（PBMC） of RA patients and Chinese Medicine Syndrome. Methods：Sixty RA patients meeting the inclusive criteria were differentiated into dampness-heat blockage type（30 cases）, stasis accumulation type（30 cases）. The expression of GRα and GRβ protein in PBMC was detected by western blotting technique in RA patients and heahhy people（20 cases）. Result：The expression of GRα and GRβ protein in RA were higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Dampness-heat blockage type of RA was higher than that of control gnoup（P〈0.05）, so as stasis accumulation type（P〈0.05）. Dampness-heat blockage type of RA was higher than that of stasis aceumulation type of RA（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The expression of GRαand GRβprotein in the PBMC of RA patients is related to Chinese Medicine Syndrome.
