摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备TiO2-ZrO2-SiO2三元复合载体,并负载磷化钼制得MoP/TiO2-ZrO2-SiO2新型加氢脱氮催化剂.以喹啉为模型化合物,考察了三元复合载体负载中Ti/Zr/Si的不同配比和还原条件对催化剂加氢脱氮性能的影响.原位还原法制备的磷化钼催化剂,其还原条件对加氢活性影响较大,确定最佳原位还原条件为:升温速率2℃.min-1,还原气流速0.06 L.min-1,还原压力为0.5 MPa,还原终温为600℃,此时最佳脱氮率为97.85%.Prepared a new kind of hydrodenitrogenation catalysts which using the TiOE-ZrO2-SiO2 complex oxide as the mixed oxide supports by sol-gel method. Mixed oxide supported molybdenum phosphides were prepared by an in-situ reduction method. The hydrodenitrogenation activities of the catalysts were tested on a model compound of quinoline, we compared the capacity of HDN using the TiO2-ZrO2-SiO2 complex oxide and we also reviewed the effect of the favorable condition of the in situ reduction on HDN performance. The experimental results confirmed that composite carrier T6Z1S10 catalytic properties of catalysts for the best, not only show high hydrodenitrogenation activity, but also has an excellent performance at low temperature activity. The optimal condition of the in situ reduction were as follows: H2 flow rate of 60 mL/min, heating rate of 2 ℃/min, reduction temperature of 600 ℃, pressure of 0.5 MPa,the catalyst has the excellent HDN capacity of 97.85% for quinoline.
