摘　　要：本文提出测定复方丁卡因注射液中盐酸麻黄碱含量的新方法。测定波长为248.5nm和312nm．平均回收率为98．87％，相对标准差为0．8％。该方法简便、快速，满足医院制剂的分析要求．We describe a new UV spectrophotometry for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in compound Tetracaine hydrochloride injection. The determination waveleghth were 248.5nm or 312nm. The average recovery is 100.2% with relative standard deviation of 0.8%.The method is simple and rapid, which can meet the demands of the hospital pre paration.
