摘 要:当前,北方生产上应用的杂交粳稻不育系细胞质遗传背景单一,开发创新新质源不育系的要求显得尤为重要,可以从根本上克服包台型(BT)不育胞质的育性不稳定、高温自交结实等缺点,同时比较新质源的粳稻杂交稻杂种优势,以期获得生产上可应用的优良组合。结果表明:9种不同细胞质源不育系间保持关系的相似性,使转育同核异质不育系成为可能,从而为实现北方杂交粳稻细胞质多样化提供了实验依据。试验中的7个BT型常用恢复系对这9个不育系的恢复能力差异较大,主要表现在同一个恢复系对这9个不育系的恢复力不同,同时7个恢复系对同一不育系的恢复力也存在较大差异。According to the simple inheritance background of sterile cytoplasm in the northern area, it is very important to develop new sterile cytoplasm to overcome the instability and self pollination at high temperature of BT type sterile cytoplasm and to develop better combinations suitable for production. The results showed that the similarity of maintaining relation of nine sterile lines with different cytoplasm probabilized transforming isonuclear alloplasmic CMS lines, which provided reference for the diversity of cytoplasm of northern hybrid rice. There existed great difference between seven BT type restore~ and nine sterile lines in restoring ability in that the single restorer had different restoring ability to nine sterile lines and the seven restorers had different restoring ability to one sterile line.
