慢性乙型肝炎患者社会支持状况的调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查慢性乙型肝炎患者的社会支持状况,为临床开展社会支持提供依据。方法采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)及自编简易问卷对100例慢性乙型肝炎患者和100例健康家属进行问卷调查。结果慢性乙型肝炎患者社会支持总分为36.81±8.61分,健康人群社会支持总分为42.53±8.62分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。慢性乙型肝炎患者实际得到的社会支持来源依次为配偶、家人、亲戚等,希望得到的社会支持来源依次为医护人员、配偶、家人等。慢性乙型肝炎患者最希望得到的社会支持依次为物质支持、精神支持、信息支持。结论慢性乙肝患者社会支持水平较低,建议针对低水平社会支持的相关因素及希望得到的社会支持,实施进一步的医疗护理干预,提高患者社会支持水平,从而提高其生活质量,促进患者身心全面康复。Objective To make a research on the state of social support of chronic hepatitis B Patients, to provide basis for clinical adjustment. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 100 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients and the family members of 100 cases of recovered chronic hepatitis B patients by the way of SSRS and some simple forms. Results The total score of social support of chronic hepatitis B patients was 36.81± 8.61. The total score of social support of the recovered chronic hepatitis B patients was 42.53± 8.62. The contrast of the figures had significant difference （P〈0.01）. Actually chronic hepatitis B patients got the social support from spouse, family members and relatives in order. They hope to get social support from doctors, nurses, spouse, family members, ete in order. They hope to get material support, spiritual support and information support in or- der. Conclusion The social support of chronic hepatitis B patients is low. We suggest to carry out clinical nurse prevention according to the related factors of lower social support, improve the patients＇ social support and promote their restore.
