摘　　要：目的了解煤矿工人心理健康状况,为采取开展心理健康教育、咨询等综合性干预措施提供依据。方法运用整群抽样方法,对某煤矿800名工人统一填写症状自评量表(SCL-90)和一般情况调查表,进行问卷调查。结果煤矿工人的总体心理健康水平低下,井下作业工人尤其明显。煤矿井下作业工人各因子分、总分、总均分、阳性项目数、阳性症状均分均高于地面作业工人(P<0.01)。结论煤矿工人尤其井下作业工人存在严重心理健康问题,令人堪忧。Objective To understand the mental health status of the coal mine workers to develop psychological health education and comprehensive intervention, eonsuhation, etc. Methods Using cluster sampling method, 800 workers of a coal mine completed symptom checklist 90 （SCL--90） and general situation questionnaire. Results Coal worker＇s overall mental health level is low, especially the workers of underground colliery. Various factor scores, total scores, total equipartition positive project number and positive symptoms equipartition of the underground colliery workers were higher than those above ground workers （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Coal mine workers especially underground workers have mental health problems, which was serious and worrying.
