艾滋病相关工作人员焦虑情绪影响因素的对照分析

摘　　要：目的了解艾滋病相关工作人员心理焦虑状况及其影响因素,为其心理干预及制定心理卫生服务相关政策提供依据。方法对艾滋病相关工作人员进行一般状况问卷、症状自评量表(SCL-90)焦虑因子量表评定、艾滋病相关知识、HIV感染风险、艾滋病相关工作人员对同性恋和艾滋病预防措施态度问卷调查。并与其他疾病预防控制人员进行对照研究。结果1艾滋病相关工作人员的焦虑水平明显高于其他防疫人员,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2艾滋病相关工作人员与其他人群比较,对艾滋病治疗及服务态度肯定回答率和对同性恋态度肯定回答率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);3影响焦虑情绪的危险因素有:害怕感染艾滋病(OR=1.027)、不能处理艾滋病心理问题(OR=1.039)及认为工作人员感染率高(OR=1.006)。保护性因素有得到官方告知(OR=0.009)、对同性恋持肯定态度(OR=0.909)及同情艾滋病患者(OR=0.196)。结论艾滋病相关工作人员的焦虑状况有待改善,积极对待艾滋病人及相关部门制定有力保护措施是可行之举。Objective To learn acquired immune deficiency syndrome （AIDS） prevention personnel＇s anxious condition and its influence factors, to provide the basis in the implement of the mental intervention and the establishment of the mental health related policy for AIDS prevention personnel. Methods A total of 127 AIDS prevention personnel and 150 Non-AIDS prevention personnel were tested by General Condition Questionnaire, Anxiety factor scale of SCL--90,AIDS-related knowledge and infect risk, attitute to homosexuality and Prevention Measure Questionnaire. The result was compared with the one of other prevention personnel. Results （1）There was significant difference in the score of anxiety between AIDS and non-AIDS prevention personnel（P〈0. 05）. （2）There was also significant difference in the affirmation answer rate of the treatment to AIDS and attitutes to homosexuality （P〈0.01）. （3）Influential factors of anxiety motion were as follow： frightening infection AIDS（OR= 1. 027）,can not handling the mental problem of patients with AIDS（OR= 1. 039）and thinking AIDS prevention personnel with a higher infection rate（OR=1. 006）. Protective factors of anxiety motion were the authorities information（OR=0. 009）,holding an affirmative attitude to the homosexuality （OR=0. 909）and sympathizing with the sufferer of AIDS（OR=0. 196）. Conclution The anxious condition of the AIDS prevention personnel needs to improve. It is possibility that AIDS prevention personnel actively treat AIDS and related department draws up protection measure.
