摘　　要：目的:了解成都市中心城区医院病床利用效率变动趋势。方法:采用秩和比法对成都市5个中心城区医院2003～2008年病床利用效率指标进行综合评价。结果:2003～2008年成都市中心城区医院平均病床周转次和平均病床使用率明显提高,出院者平均住院日下降,病床利用效率明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:成都市中心城区医院绩效得到明显提升,较好地满足了人民群众的医疗卫生服务需求。Objective： To learn the changing trend of sickbed utilization of center district hospitals in Chengdu. Methods： The Rank sum ratio （RSR） method was adopted to evaluate the using efficiency indexes of five urban district hospitals in Chengdu from 2003 to 2008. Results： Both the average frequency and the average using rate of the sickbed increased significiently（P〈0.05）, the mean in-hospital day decreased（P〈 0.05） , the using efficiency of the sickbed improved（P〈0. 05） in 2008 than that of in 2003. Conclusion： Hospital performance of Chengdu urban hospitals improved significiently and the medical resources met the needs of citizen in Chengdu.
