摘　　要：本质是指事物本身所固有的,决定事物性质、面貌和发展的根本属性。关于罪犯心理的本质认识有不同观点,并且影响着监狱人民警察改造罪犯的思想观念,正确的罪犯人性观有助于认识罪犯、改造罪犯。罪犯心理的本质属性由反社会性、刑罚承受性、相容性、矛盾性所构成。The essence is possessed by the matter itself, which determines the matter＇ s nature, state and the basic developing attribute. There are different ideas about crininal psychology＇ s essence, which influence the ideas of prison policemen＇ s reforming criminals. Correct criminal nature concept is helpful to understand and reform prisoners. The essence and attribute of criminals＇ psychology is made up anti-society, penal endurance, mutual tolerance and contradictory.
