大型模锻液压机监控系统设计研究

摘　　要：结合大型模锻液压机的工艺因素及高精度同步运行控制的要求,对大型模锻液压机控制系统的组成和工作原理进行了详细说明,给出了系统的硬件配置。以WinCC V6为软件平台,设计开发了上位机监控系统,实现了现场状态及数据的监控,并通过C脚本程序完成了上位机对PLC控制参数的设置。实际应用表明,该系统位置控制精度高,人机界面友好,操作方便,各项控制功能均达到了设计要求。According to the material techniques of large-scale die forging hydrostatic press and accuracy synchronous control request, the composition structure and principle of the control system was introduced, and the hardware configuration was provided. The upper computer monitoring and controlling system based on WinCC V6 was exploited, it completed data collection and state monitory, and finished the PLC controlling parameters setting BY mass C language. The tests prove that the position control of the system has high precision, the HMI of the system is amicable and it is used conveniently, all controlling functions reach the primary technical requirements.
