摘　　要：当前地质找矿工作存在的主要问题是体制不顺、机制不活、投入不足,良性的地质工作投入机制尚未形成,地勘单位改革滞后,归根到底是法律制度不健全。保障和促进地质找矿改革发展,必须加紧构建地质找矿法律体系,按照基本法律和专门法律相结合的原则,加快《矿产资源法》的修改工作,研究制定《地质调查法》等,全方位加强地质找矿法律制度建设。Currently,there are some problems involving in the work of geological prospecting,these include:both system and mechanism are not vigorous and perfect;there is inadequate investment;input mechanism of benign geological work has not been formed;the reform in geological prospecting units is lagging behind;the legal system is not perfect.In response to this,the paper offers some suggestions for ensuring and promoting the reform and development of geological prospecting,the specific methods are:the legal system of geological prospecting must be established as soon as possible;in accordance with the principle of 'integration of basic laws and special laws',accelerating the adaptation process of 'Mineral Resources Law';studying and formulating the 'the Law on Geological Survey' ;so as to strengthening the improvement of legal system of geological prospecting in an all-round way.
