摘  要:通过制备泥螺等7种海洋生物的水提液、醇提液和超声提取液,用纸片法初筛抗菌活性,采用试管倍比稀释法测定最低抑菌浓度(MIC),研究这些海洋生物的体外抗菌活性。结果表明,7种海洋生物的提取液中除青蛤外均对大肠埃希菌、宋内氏志贺菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有不同程度的抑菌活性,其中泥螺、条斑紫菜的超声提取液和醇提液的抑菌作用尤为明显。泥螺超声提取液对副溶血性弧菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC均为62.5mg/mL,条斑紫菜醇提液对宋内氏志贺菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC分别为62.5mg/mL和125mg/mL。因此,泥螺、条斑紫菜的超声提取液和醇提液呈现一定的广谱抗菌活性。To determine the antibacterial activities of such as Bullacta exarata etc. 7 species of marine organisms in vitro, we prepared the extracts from seven kinds of marine organisms. Then screened the antibacterial activities of the extracts with inhibition of concentrations of the extracts with test tube times dilution. paper, and tested the minimum inhibitory Among the extracts of 7 species of marine organisms, 6 of which had antibacterial activities against Escherichia coli, Shigella sonnei and Staphylococcus aureus in different degree. The antibacterial activities of the alcoholic extract and ultrasound extract from Bullacta exarata and P. yezoensis were the highest. The MIC of the ultrasound extract from Bullacta exarata against Vibrio parahemolyticus and Staphylococcus aureus was 62.5 mg/mL. The MIC of the alcoholic extract from P. yezoensis against ShigeUa sonnei and Staphylococcus aureus was 62.5 mg/mL, 125 mg/mL, respectively. The alcoholic extract and ultrasound extract from BuUacta exarata and P. yezoensis have broad spectrum of antibacterial activity.
