摘 要:通过对中国水蛇生长率与死亡率的测定,研究了水温与中国水蛇生长和生存的关系。结果显示:整个过程,特定生长率(S)与水温(T)存在极显著的二次多项式函数关系S=0.0021T2-0.0748T+0.7984(R2=0.8475,P<0.01);在高温与低温条件下,水温与死亡率(D)均存在显著的二次多项式函数关系,分别为T=-0.0349D2+0.8345D+28.895(R2=0.763,P<0.01)和T=0.0069D2-0.4007D+13.621(R2=0.612,P<0.05)。结果表明,中国水蛇适宜生长水温范围17.81~31℃,最适生长水温范围26~30℃,能耐水温上限31~33.88℃,能耐水温下限7.80~10℃。该研究为今后中国水蛇规模化养殖提供技术参考。A study on water temperature tolerance of Enhydris chinensis (Gray) cultured was conducted through measuring growth and mortality from January 2007 to August 2009. Result showed that highly significant relationship between specific growth rate(S) and water temperature(T) kept S=0.002 1 T^2-0.074 8 T+ 0.798 4 (R^2=0.847 5) in total process, significant bipolynomial functions between water temperature and mortality (D) were kept in highly water temperature season as well as in low water temperature season, they were T=-0.0349 D^2+0.834 5 D+28.895(R^2=0.763,P〈0.01)and T=0.006 9/T-0.400 7 D+13.621(R^2=0.612,P〈 0.05), respectively. The result was to be cleared that proferdum of water temperature was 18-30 ℃, optimum of water temperture was 25-30 ℃, toplimit of water temperture tolerance was 31-33 ℃, minimum of temperture tolerance was 7.8-10 ℃, respectively. The result of study may provide an important technical reference for large scale commercial Enhydris chinensis(Gray) cultured in China.
