ELISA法和杀菌力试验测定健康人血清中A群Nm抗体的比较  

A Comparison Study between ELISA and Bactericidal Test for Detecting Antibody Against Neisseria meningitidis Serogroup A in Sera of Healthy Population

摘　　要：为了比较测定Ａ群脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌（Ｎｍ）抗体的方法，从甘南县采取的１２９份健康者血清进行了ＥＬＩＳＡ测定，当利用Ａ群Ｎｍ的荚膜多糖（ＣＰＳ）或它的菌体作为包被抗原进行ＥＬＩＳＡ测定时，Ａ群Ｎｍ抗体的阳性率分别为８０．６％和６９．０％，抗体几何平均滴度（ＧＭＴ）分别为１∶６．３８与１∶５．４６。另外，对量多的４６份血清同时进行了杀菌力试验与ＥＬＩＳＡ，对Ａ群Ｎｍ杀菌抗体的阳性率为６７．４％，ＧＭＴ为１∶９．１６。当利用上述ＣＰＳ或菌体作为包被抗原时，ＥＬＩＳＡ测定的抗体阳性率分别为７３．９％和７１．７％，它们的ＧＭＴ分别为１∶７．５３和１∶７．２０。总的来说，ＥＬＩＳＡ测定的健康者血清中Ａ群Ｎｍ抗体的阳性率与ＧＭＴ和杀菌力试验的结果近似。In order to compare the methods for determing the antibody against Neisseria meningitidis (Nm) Serogroup A,the sera samples collected from 129 healthy population in Gannan county were detected by using ELISA.When capsular polysaccharide (CPS) or strain of Nm serogroup A was used as a coating antigen in ELISA,the positive rates of antibody against Nm serogroup A were 80.6% and 69.0%,and their geometric mean titers (GMTs) were 1∶6.38 and 1∶5.46,respectively.In addition,46 samples of sera with enough quantity were detected by using bactericidal test and ELISA at the same time.The positive rate of bactericidal antibody to Nm serogroup A was 67.4% and its GMT was 1∶9.16.When the above CPS or strain was used as a coating antigen in ELISA,the positive rates of the above antibody were 73.9% and 71.7%,and their GMTs were 1∶7.53 and 1∶7.20,respectively.It indicated that the positive rates and GMTs of the above antibody detected by ELISA were similar to the positive rate and GMT of bactericidal test,but CPS of Nm serogroup A was better than the strain of Nm serogroup A when were used as coating antigens in the ELISA test.
