摘　　要：利用两两比较原理与模糊综合评价相结合的方法,建立网络对抗指挥效能评估模型,结合实例验证了该方法的有效性,并进行了信度检验,较好地解决了网络对抗指挥效能评估问题。Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory and compared with each other principle, the model of effectiveness evaluation for network countermeasures command ability is established. The effectiveness of this method is validated with an instance, which could solve the problem of effectiveness evaluation of command ability better.
